Le Clos du Notaire

Grand Vin de Bordeaux
Traditional vintage of our estate, this wine displays aromas of black fruits revealing all the roundness of Merlot and the subtle tannins of Cabernet. The aromas oscillate between crisp, smoky and spicy and make it a wine of character. The palate is full-bodied, the finish is elegant with a clear point of firmness. Its silky tannins make it a versatile wine that can be drunk now or aged for up to ten years.
For a better tasting experience, open the bottle and air the wine for 10-30 minutes before drinking, at an ideal temperature of 17°C.
